Tracy Miller, MHA, BSN, RN, NE-BC
Ms. Miller is the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President, Patient Care Services at UPMC Memorial.
Tracy brings more than 20 years of nursing leadership experience to UPMC and is skilled in accessing, planning and strategizing for organizational growth. Currently at UPMC Memorial, she is beginning the process to achieve Pathways to Excellence accreditation.
Some leadership roles include manager of inpatient psychiatry and a transition to open-heart ICU at WellSpan York Hospital. Nurse manager of medical ICU at Tower Health and most recently the director of nursing at Penn Medicine/Lancaster General hospital.
Tracy received her BSN from York College and Masters in Health Administration from University of Phoenix. She is board certified in Health Administration (NE- BC). Tracy is a member of the Pennsylvania Organization for Nurse Leaders (PONL), Sigma Theta Tau International, and the American Organization for Nurse Leaders.
