Kiersten Zelnosky, MSN, RN, CCRN-K serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services UPMC Altoona and UPMC Bedford.

Kiersten has been in healthcare for over 30 years and has served in a variety of nursing leadership roles most recently as Director of Nursing and previously as Clinical Director.

Kiersten serves as the executive champion for the Patient Care Services Council and newly formed Racial and Social Awareness Council.

Ms. Zelnosky is a 2021 graduate of the UPMC Leadership Development Intensive.

Kiersten holds a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration from The Pennsylvania State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State.
