UPMC Carlisle

Joye Gingrich, MBA, BSN, RN serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services at UPMC Carlisle since September 2020.

She has been with UPMC for 30 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles. During her tenure, Joye served as the Director of Nursing at UPMC Carlisle and Nurse Manager of the Medical-Surgical ICU and the Cardiac Telemetry Unit at UPMC Harrisburg.

Joye holds a Masters of Business Administration with Healthcare Focus from Eastern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Bloomsburg University.

Joye is a member of AONE, PONL, and SCONL. Joye encourages and motivates her staff to innovate and create change that will continue to grow and shape the success of UPMC Carlisle.
